MODE OF TEST

Candidate can choose any one of the two options to take the test:
Paper- Pencil Test (Offline Test)

or
Computer Based Test (Online Test)

PAPER PENCIL TEST

Test Date: 6 th Dec 2009, from 10 am to 12:30 pm (reporting time: 9:00 am).

COMPUTER BASED TEST

Test Date: From 12 th December 2009 (Saturday) onwards

Test Timings: In Different Time Slots (Three different time slots per day) subject to number of candidates registering for Computer Based Test.

ELIGIBILITY

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year degree course students can also apply.

HOW TO APPLY

Obtain crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 1050/- in favour of “All India Management Association” payable at Delhi from any bank. Register online at www.aima-ind.org/matsep09 along with DD details. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

OR

Obtain MAT Bulletin/CD on cash payment of Rs 980/- (nine hundred and eighty only) at AIMA counter at Delhi (Tel:- 24653382, 41757046), listed branches Bank of Baroda Branches (BoB) branches, listed Study centers of AIMA.

OR

Register online at website link www.aima-ind.org/matsep09 with credit card payment. Detailed procedure is given on the website link.

Test Centre City list is provided in the bulletin. Test Venues for Paper-Pencil Test and Computer Based Test (Online) are different.

The Paper-Pencil Test will take place only on one day i.e., 06 Dec 2009 at one time slot i.e., 10.00am-12.30pm, whereas the Computer Based Test (Online Test) will take place from 12 December 2009 onwards in different time slots.

If the number of candidates registered for Computer Based Test (Online Test) is few/limited, these candidates have to appear for the paper-Pencil Test on 06 Dec 2009 only.

One candidate can appear only for one date for the December 2009 MAT.

Is there any difference between Computer Based Online Test and Paper-Pencil Offline Test?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1) Candidates should check the Roll No. and Test Centre details for the test from AIMA website http://www.aima-ind.org/matcentre.asp 7 days prior to the date of test.
2) Candidates may also view/download the MAT Score from AIMA website http://www.aima-ind.org/ after 3 weeks from the date of the test.
3) Candidates may clarify queries regarding MAT Score, if any, at e-mail: rgusain@aima-ind.org

MAT Score is acceptable even to certain other Institutes for considering admission of candidates for Post Graduate Degree / Diploma programmes, besides the above Institutes, subject to specific cut-off marks and other admission parameters.
