Do you need to change the way you prepare for CAT?

CAT Preparation

To get what you have never got, you must do what you have never done.

If you keep doing what you’ve been doing, you will keep getting what you’ve been getting. Just more of the same, will only get you some more of the same.

Change, unfortunately, is one of the most counter-intuitive responses of us humans (unless we run out of options or realize that we have) because we are so governed by habits. If only you can change something about your approach, you will see a change in the outcome too.

Habit is the opposite of change. But you must break the ones that keep you down.

What is that one habit that can change (it for) you?

Hint: It could be as simple as keeping your cell phone (locked?) in another room for a few hours everyday when you really focus on your studies.

About the author: Deekshant has sleep-walked through several 100 and 99.9 %iles in practically every section of the CAT. That he is a cricket fan and he writes okay is evident from most of his posts. 1000s of our students swear that he can motivate almost anyone to double his/her percentile through very simple yet powerful inputs. And that’s why every MBAGuru student has direct access to him via mail and Telegram. Oddly, he somehow also finds the time to write songs professionally. And yes … almost missed this … he is an alumnus of IIT Delhi & IIM Cal 🙂
