Students do not have to use all four in sequence. The right route depends on when the doubt appears and how much individual attention it needs.

The four layers of MBAGuru’s online doubt support

Support route Best used for How it works
Questions during live class A question that comes up while a concept or problem is being taught. Students can ask in the live class. MBAGuru caps batches at 30 and runs three-hour classes to allow time for teaching, practice and discussion.
Scheduled batch doubt sessions Common or more involved questions after class or self-study. Batch-level sessions revisit recent topics and shared problem areas.
Batch Telegram group Questions that arise between classes. Each online batch has a dedicated Telegram group for doubt-solving, peer discussion and ongoing support.
One-to-one faculty support Persistent or student-specific doubts. Students can use one-to-one faculty sessions when a doubt needs focused attention.

How students can use the four routes

The four layers are options, not a fixed sequence. A student may:

  • ask a quick concept question during the live class;
  • take a common or more involved question to a scheduled batch session;
  • use the batch Telegram group for questions raised between classes; or
  • use one-to-one faculty support when a doubt remains unresolved.
